Sunday Rewind

  • Why do we do what we do at Crossroads?
  • We had a first time guess walk in the doors this morning and pray to receive Christ.
  • We had multiple others pray to renew their commitment to following Christ.
  • That’s what it’s all about!
  • That’s why so many of us set up church every week in a middle school.
  • That’s why we redesigned our Crossroads Cribs & Kids areas to help kids encounter Jesus.
  • That’s why we celebrate Jesus – he changes lives.
  • The setup team is getting faster and more efficient each week.
  • The worship team did an incredible job leading us this morning.  I love that we have the talent to write our some of our own worship songs.  Way to go Kevin!
  • This week we studied the thief – the enemy of God and God’s people – because we’re in a daily battle.  We need to know our enemy.
  • But even more importantly, we need to remember that we serve a victorious Savior.
  • So let’s celebrate, Crossroads.
  • God is still in the business of changing lives and rescuing his chosen people.
  • I can’t wait to see what he does next week when we study The Rescue – when God invades our life!

“My shame is gone, your blood, its wiped away.
And it’s all for You, it’s all to You my God.”
