So, I’m tired of being fat. Well, I’m tired of being short, fat, bald, and I have psoriasis. But I can do something about being fat. So, I’m going to start training for a 5K. But, I also know that if you train for a 5K and not a specific 5K, you won’t train for a 5K. So I decided that I’m going to train for the Run for Missions 5K.
I’ll be using the Couch 2 5K training program to help me get going, but I’m short one very important thing. I need some new workout music. Give me your suggestions. I’m used to – well, I’m used to sitting on my butt and watching tv, but in the past – I was used to listening to music that would get me amped up to blast through a final set or a few more reps. I’m a lifter by heart, but in order for me to reach my goals, I’m going to need music that pushes me to keep running.
So what do you recommend? Help me get through 3.1 miles.
